ABOUT US

YOUR HOSTS

Resident Professional Hunter and Outfitter, Phil de Kock, a 13th generation South African and his wife Kate, each have more than 30 years of experience in the fields of wildlife, hunting and conservation in South Africa. During this period, Phil has been involved full-time in professional hunting and both of them in game management and in various aspects of wildlife research, in particular, working with elephants. Kate has been closely involved in all these activities, as well as in catering, marketing and camp management. As a team they will do their utmost to ensure that your entire stay is one to remember and cherish for the rest of your life. For larger groups, reliable and experienced Professional hunters and guides are available to assist. We always try to offer exclusivity, in the sense that we do not accommodate two unrelated parties in the same location, unless otherwise discussed. We enjoy hosting family groups, father and son safaris and have often hosted honeymoon couples!

We pride ourselves in making this so much more than just your normal safari, and all our past clients (friends) insist that we should accentuate the fact that we can teach you a thing or two about the fauna and flora we live alongside, and share stories about our years of experience involved in elephant research and various interesting encounters with wild animals and raising our two sons in the bush.

FINE DINING AT BOSBOK

Care is taken to establish your dietary preferences before the safari commences, ensuring that the cuisine and drinks are to your taste and of the highest standard. We always prepare the choice cuts from animals harvested, offering you the opportunity to taste the local venison. No meat goes to waste, as the needs of the local community are always taken into account.
